Start with OII's basic skills assessments to establish baseline data from which to measure growth.
Add OII's Technology Integration Survey to determine how effectively these skills are being using in the curriculum and to extend the baseline data.
Use this data to effectively plan and implement professional development through combinations of OII online tutorials and professional development offerings, along with your own professional development institutes.
