Information Literacy

Finding information is just one step in the research process.  Once you have found it you must determine the quality of the information and decide how to use it.  Sometimes this is easy and other times it is hard.  Some information on the Internet is intentionally misleading.  People want you to come over to their way of thinking and use propoganda techniques to persuade you.  You must learn to be a critical thinker.  Look for the full story and intelligent decisions based on the whole picture.
