In order to access Internet someone has to provide you with an "on ramp". That would usually be your Internet Service Provider. If you are a college student you probably have an account
that you can access through your school's lab facilities. If you want access from home you will probably have to set up a dial-up account with a local ISP. You can expect it to run you about $20 a month. Before you sign up
