Annotating Bookmarks

Annotating Bookmarks

You can write descriptions of sites that you have bookmarked and attach those descriptions right to the bookmark. Using this technique will  provide you with a very powerful tool. You can even use it to create a diary or travelog of where you go and what you do. Let's annotate the one bookmark you have left.

  • Go up to the Window menu and open your bookmarks (if they aren't already opened.)
  • If you are using Windows, point to the bookmark you want to annotate and click on it with the RIGHT mouse button. If you are using a Mac you must go up to the top level menu and find the Edit Bookmark item.
  • This bring a popup menu to the screen. Just click on Properties
  • From here you may add any description and even change the name of the bookmark. Note: You are limited to a few sentences of description.
